Abstract
This newsletter contains information on the steady growth in registration at the Mount, research grants awarded by the Mount president, funding cuts that are threatening women, home economics research regarding the food industry, new tutoring services available for students, and an ad for quitting smoking. There are sections on reunion of alumnae and Homecoming, Mount Student Assistants, exam insurance, a Women's Day Rally, and the travels, public lectures, and publications of various faculty. The newsletter includes sections on art gallery displays, fitness programs extending into spring, and self defence courses.
